Job summary

Club4Fitness in Murphy, TX is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support the Personal Training Manager by mentoring new and existing trainers and helping them acclimate to the program. The role also covers for the PTM when unavailable, ensuring the personal training team operates safely and effectively across the club.

The candidate will lead onboarding activities, coach staff on consultations, assist with scheduling and reporting, and help drive revenue through personal training

Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience.
• CPR/AED certification.
• High level of professionalism and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current fitness certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new personal training staff and guide them through onboarding activities (first 30 days).
• Help trainers develop knowledge of Peak/ABC and the membership sales system.
• Coach trainers on running effective consultations with clients; shadow prior trainers to assess proficiency.
• Assist in scheduling and prospecting for fitness consultations and client outreach.
• Ensure personal training staff follow all policies and procedures and understand cancel/freeze policies.
• Conduct session quality reviews and assist PTM with social media related tasks.
• Fill new trainer schedules with clients and support monthly business planning.
