Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Bloomingdale, IL, seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and supervise Life Time Training revenue departments. You will oversee hiring and staffing (15–50), drive key initiatives, and manage the budget and P&L while ensuring adherence to the Core 3 Method.

You will educate Trainers in Core 3, coach performance, and promote training programs to hit revenue and session goals while guiding weekly meetings and on-boarding processes.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• CPR and AED certified within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure artistry level member experience on the fitness floor daily.
• Develop safe, professional and comprehensive personal training programs.
• Motivate and coach trainers to achieve revenue and session goals.
• Promote and sell personal training programs.
• Complete payroll and manage expenses within budget.
• Monitor department supplies and expenditures.
• Lead 90-day onboarding for new trainers.
• Assess performance, give feedback, and recognize staff.
• Make hiring and promotion recommendations to GM.
• Lead weekly PT department and management meetings.
