Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training Manager in Columbus to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee all revenue departments within Life Time Training. You will supervise 15–50 professionals, drive key initiatives, and manage payroll, budgets and P&L while ensuring adherence to the Core 3 Method.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and weekly PT/Management meetings to maintain a high-quality member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory and management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer is required.
• CPR and AED certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver a premier member experience.
• Develops safe, professional and engaging personal training programs.
• Coaches Trainers to hit revenue and session goals.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs.
• Oversees payroll and manages department budget and expenses.
• Monitors supplies and expenditures for the PT department.
