Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training Manager in Bloomingdale, IL to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee Life Time Training revenue and initiatives. You will hire, coach and retain 15–50 staff, ensuring adherence to Core 3 training and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer; CPR/AED certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fitness Professionals through their career at Life Time.
• Supervise all revenue departments and Team Members within Life Time Training.
• Drive key company initiatives and manage budget and P&L.
• Ensure all Fitness Professionals are educated in the Core 3 Method.
• Promote and sell personal training programs; achieve revenue and session goals.
• Oversee payroll and ensure expenses stay within budget.
