Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC in Willoughby is looking for a Personal Training Manager who will maximize member participation and retention in personal training services. You'll manage staff, oversee the quality of services provided, and lead the sales process.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of personal training experience, strong leadership skills, and a friendly attitude. Certification in personal training and ideally a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees preferred.
• Consultative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize member participation in Personal Training Services.
• Manage and coach front-end selling process and delivery of services.
• Oversee the Client Journey and ensure high-quality program delivery.

Skills

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Sales, communication, and rapport building skills

Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

Friendly, enthusiastic & positive attitude

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree
