Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Fitness Manager who will lead the Personal Training department. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive member experience while growing the PT business through coaching and team development.

This role requires strong leadership and sales capabilities, as well as the ability to manage a team of Personal Trainers. The position offers excellent compensation potential with various benefits including health insurance and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification and basic First Aid knowledge.
• Previous Personal Training management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy weights and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Personal Training department and develop trainers.

• Drive Personal Training revenue through member engagement and retention.
