Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to drive our fitness programs and lead a team of personal trainers. You will set and surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional member experiences and building a positive club culture.

In this full-time, salaried exempt role, you will manage a team, schedule sessions, and support trainers with client relationships. A background in fitness and strong sales ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor9s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 yearsa0personal training experience with program design required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• CPR & AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Lead the onboarding experience through CrunchONE Kickoff.
• Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
• Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing.
• Foster a collaborative environment to reach club goals.
• Develop trust in the team and trainer as subject matter experts.
