Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training department, grow the PT business, and develop trainers. You will create a high-energy member experience and ensure the team hits its goals with coaching, sales leadership, and proactive performance management.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, sales expertise, and program development in a fast-paced club environment to propel growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification and basic First Aid knowledge.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Personal Training team, ensuring a high-energy culture.
• Manage the Fitness department, ensuring quality programs and trend alignment.
• Drive Personal Training revenue through consultations, promotions and client outreach.
• Coach trainers on sales conversations, programming, and client service.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and compliance with Time & Labor guidelines.
