The ideal candidate will have proven success in sales and leadership in a fitness environment. Compensation potential ranges between $50,000 and $100,000+ based on performance and additional benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and grow a Personal Training business.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing Personal Trainers.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and program design.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Personal Trainers.
• Ensure high-quality training programs and client retention.
• Drive Personal Training revenue through active engagement.
