Job summary

Crunch Fitness Wesley Chapel is seeking a driven Personal Training Manager to grow personal training revenue, coach trainers, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences for members.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team, track sales and retention, and drive community engagement while upholding Crunch’s No Judgments culture. This role offers strong growth in a fast-expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) required.

Responsibilities

• Sales & business development: Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Leadership & team development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Member experience: Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world-class fitness experience for every client.
• Performance management: Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Community engagement: Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services.
