Job summary

ACAC - ATLANTIC COAST ATHLETIC CLUBS is seeking a Personal Training Director to lead all club PT efforts, coach trainers, and drive revenue. You will supervise staff, develop onboarding, and implement sales training while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, program design, and cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager and VP of Fitness to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Three years of personal training experience.
• Current NOCA-NCCA accredited certification and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and fitness industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the personal training team to meet revenue goals.
• Develop onboarding, mentoring and training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with sales to convert leads to clients and track closures.
• Maintain on-floor presence and manage trainer performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and teamwork.
