Fitometry Health Club seeks a dynamic Personal Training Director to manage our program and help clients reach fitness goals. You will lead, train, and develop the personal training staff while supporting front desk and floor operations.

The role blends coaching with sales and client follow-up to grow membership and program participation. Responsibilities include scheduling, client servicing, tracking notes, promoting group fitness, and reporting performance to the GM.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a personal trainer.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a manager.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications a plus.
• Superior customer service and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage, train & develop personal training staff.
• Maintain records and provide feedback for staff.
• Monitor trainer certifications to ensure currency.
• Track member satisfaction and drive sales.
• Perform duties of a Personal Trainer when needed.
• Sell additional gym programs to members and coordinate with membership staff.
• Support front desk and floor operations; assist with facility maintenance.
