Qualifications include CPR & AED, NASM/ACE/NSCA or equivalent certification, and a strong track record in personal training with solid communication and time management skills. Flexible availability is needed for mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• NASM/ACE/NSCA or equivalent national certification required.
• Strong sales ability with a proven record in client conversion.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions and referrals.
• Conduct Kick-Off Sessions and initial assessments for new members.
• Convert leads into paying clients via value and relationship building.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Create personalized training programs and monitor progress.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Maintain a clean, professional training environment.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver premium experience.
