You will design personalized programs, educate clients on technique and recovery, track progress, and maintain a professional training environment while staying current with trends and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer required.
• Ability to grow a book of business through sales, outreach and retention.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and client instruction.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Generate leads through in-gym interactions, outreach, social media and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and initial assessments.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery and healthy living.
• Track client progress and ensure accountability.
• Maintain a clean, professional training environment and comply with uniform policy.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continue education.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.
