Job summary

Crunch Fitness – JFF North America is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver expert sessions and grow a client base through proactive outreach and retention strategies. You will lead engaging training sessions, educate clients on health and technique, and contribute to a dynamic, member-focused team environment.

Ideal candidates have relevant certifications, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in personal training and client results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NASM/ACE/NSCA or similar certification.
• Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct Kick-Off Sessions as initial consultations and movement assessments.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.

Skills

Associate/Bachelor's Degree preferred

CPR & AED Certification
