Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer who can deliver expert training sessions and proactively grow their book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

You will create and update personalized training programs, coach clients on technique and recovery, track progress, and maintain a clean, professional gym environment while staying current with fitness trends and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with proven ability to build a client base.
• Strong sales skills with ability to meet monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct Kickoff Sessions as initial consultations and movement assessments with new members as part of the sales process.
