Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer who is certified and ready to build a strong client base. You will deliver expert training sessions and drive growth through proactive outreach and retention strategies.

You will design personalized programs, educate clients on technique and health, and collaborate with staff to deliver a premium gym experience while upholding our uniform policy and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with passion for fitness and client growth.
• Ability to deliver expert training sessions and grow book of business.
• Proactive in sales, outreach and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Generate leads via in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions as initial consultations and movement assessments.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications; collaborate with staff.
