Job summary

Life Time is seeking a certified Personal Trainer in Goodyear, AZ to help members achieve their fitness goals through individualized programs, assessments, and coaching. You will guide safe workouts, educate on nutrition, and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment.

With at least 1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or GED, you will conduct consultations, monitor progress, and promote training services while upholding Life Time standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations, pre-participation screening, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and trends in the industry.
