Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives by building relationships and delivering educational, motivational guidance. You will create safe, comprehensive client programs and monitor sessions to ensure proper form and progress.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, promoting training services, maintaining client records, and staying current with certifications and industry trends to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe, effective use of equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry.
