Life Time Inc. is hiring a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong client relationships and providing an educational, supportive experience aligned with Life Time Brand standards.

You will conduct fitness consultations, design comprehensive programs, supervise sessions, and promote training services while ensuring safety and superior customer service across all member interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer with CPR and AED.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including screening, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and maintains credentials.
