Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives through tailored programs, coaching, and outstanding service.

You will conduct fitness consultations, design safe training plans, monitor progress, and promote personal training services while upholding Life Time standards. Active certification, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year of experience required; a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe and effective use of equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
