Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to help members achieve healthier, happier lives by building strong client relationships and delivering education-focused training sessions. You will design comprehensive, safe programs and monitor progress during sessions.

The role involves fitness consultations, floor support, and ongoing certification updates to stay current with trends. Full-time positions include extensive member services and sales of training programs.

Qualifications

• Must have current Certified Personal Trainer credential.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations, pre-participation screening, and goal setting for clients.
• Provides fitness floor assistance, safety education, and motivation to members.
