Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building relationships and delivering education-rich experiences consistent with the Life Time brand.

You will develop comprehensive client programs, perform pre-participation screenings, and provide ongoing fitness guidance while ensuring safety and high-quality customer service on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening, history, lifestyle and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance, safety education, and motivation to members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services; completes client fitness plans.
