You will conduct workouts, perform assessments, design personalized plans, and maintain certifications while promoting Life Time programs. A high school diploma and CPR/AED certification plus 1 year of PT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read, watch, and engage in required training associated with the role.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
