Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver expert coaching and proactively grow the book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

You will deliver training sessions, educate clients on technique and health, and collaborate with staff to provide a premium fitness experience. Must be a certified trainer with strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong sales and client-relations skills.
• Ability to build and nurture a growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions as initial consultations and movement assessments with new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value, building rapport, and addressing objections.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver a premium client experience.
