24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality personal and small-group training, build strong client relationships, and drive results. You’ll create tailored programs, track progress, and proactively grow your book of business within a supportive club network.

Earn via a guaranteed base hourly rate with potential to increase earnings through coaching sessions, sales, and performance incentives. Premium facilities and member-focused culture await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification; CPT or related degree.
• Ability to grow a client base through quality training and results.
• Sales mindset to identify client needs and convert prospects.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, design, and safe coaching.
• Effective communication and relationship-building to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs for each client’s goals.
• Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Deliver engaging sessions to maximize results and retention.
• Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Manage schedule and build consistent session volume.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions.
• Proactively reach out to support retention and growth.
