You will deliver high-quality personal and small group training experiences that are engaging, effective, and tailored to each client, while growing your own book of business and delivering a premium training experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification required; CPT certification or related degree preferred.
• Proven ability to grow a client base through a high-quality training experience and consistent client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for client motivation and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and build client relationships.
• Grow, retain, and manage a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals and long-term success.
• Foster genuine relationships, provide exceptional service, and maintain client engagement.
• Prioritize sessions to maximize results and client retention by effective time management.
• Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Own your success by managing your schedule and building session volume.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions to establish trust and coaching relationships.
• Maintain long-term retention through proactive outreach and program design.
