24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality personal and small group training that engages clients and drives lasting results. You will build relationships, foster accountability, and grow your own book of business within a team environment.

You can earn by session volume with a guaranteed base rate and the opportunity to increase earnings through coaching sessions and client results. This role rewards performance and commitment to client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification; CPT or related exercise science degree/certification.
• Ability to build client base through high-quality training and proven results.
• Sales mindset to identify client needs and convert prospects to long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results, build relationships, and keep clients coming back.
• Build, grow, and retain a strong client base through consultative selling, referrals, and consistent client experience.
• Design personalized fitness programs aligned with each client's goals and long-term success.
• Grow client base by delivering exceptional service and proactive outreach to support retention and growth.
• Manage schedule, maintain an active book of business, and maximize session volume.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions to establish trust and coaching relationships.
