Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer in Westminster, CO to support members in achieving healthier lives and build strong client relationships. You will provide an educational, supportive member experience while upholding Life Time brand standards.

The role involves designing personalized programs, conducting consultations, promoting training services, and maintaining certifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CPR/AED certification and 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to lead safe, effective training sessions and mentor clients.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of equipment and proper form.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
