You will design safe, customized programs, conduct fitness consultations, provide floor assistance, and promote training services while maintaining the highest standards of service. The role requires CPR/AED and CPT certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
