Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will design comprehensive client programs, guide sessions, and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and safety.

You will promote training services, maintain client records, and stay current with certifications and industry trends. The role emphasizes education, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the Life Time team to deliver superior member experiences in a

Qualifications

Minimum education: high school diploma or GED with fitness certifications.
Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED current certification required.
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retain clients.
Instruct clients in cardio, flexibility and strength training techniques.
Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
Complete administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan and document progress.
Remain current on credentials and industry trends.
