Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will design personalized programs, supervise sessions for safety and effectiveness, and conduct initial consultations to set goals.

As part of Life Time, you’ll maintain certifications, stay current with trends, and deliver exceptional customer service to all members while promoting training services and maintaining thorough client documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Willingness to stay current with training trends and certifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety, education, and motivation
• Fulfills member service requirements such as fitness assessments and equipment operations
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance within the levels program
