Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring Personal Trainers to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives by building relationships and delivering education-focused experiences.

You will design safe client programs, guide sessions, conduct comprehensive consultations, and promote training services while maintaining top customer service. The role requires a Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED, 1 year of PT experience, and a HS diploma; a bachelor’s in kinesiology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer designation required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and guides clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services; handles admin for client plans.
• Keeps credentials current and stays updated on industry trends.
