Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results toward branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Communicate via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Promote understanding of loan terms and optional insurance products.
