Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers through the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and insurance products for informed decisions.
