Job summary

OneMain is seeking Loan Sales Specialists to help customers access financing with a focus on friendly service and tailored solutions. You will engage with customers through multiple channels, manage loan lifecycles and work toward branch goals in a dynamic environment.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, and sales or customer service experience is preferred. Spanish bilingual abilities are required where noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout loan processes, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycles, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and a proactive sales mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options.
