Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking Loan Sales Specialists to listen to customer needs and provide access to financing for life’s expenses. The role offers professional development, advancement opportunities and a base salary range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour with incentives.

The position requires multitasking, customer-centric service, and adherence to regulations. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours including Saturdays, and bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results aligned with branch goals.
• Engage with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and maintain a proactive attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
