Job summary

OneMain is hiring Loan Sales Specialists who help customers access financing for life's expenses. The role rewards hard work, offers development and advancement opportunities, and includes a competitive compensation package with incentives.

The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and some extended hours, including Saturdays. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, sales or customer service experience, and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results for individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities while staying compliant with all laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
• Base salary target range is $18.00-$22.00 hourly, with eligibility for additional performance-based compensation.
