Job summary

SIA Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Personal Lines Service Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Personal Lines service team. The role focuses on supporting and developing a strong team while ensuring client, account, and workflow accuracy and efficiency.

You will supervise ~15 employees, navigate complex coverage needs, and collaborate with producers, Accounting, operations, carriers, and leadership to strengthen processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 5+ years in a P&C independent insurance agency with account management, renewals and client service.
• 2+ years leading, supervising, or mentoring employees.
• Personal Lines experience preferred.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Personal Lines service team with day-to-day guidance.
• Set clear expectations for client service, productivity, and accountability.
• Conduct regular team and individual check-ins to balance workloads.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate schedules, PTO/flex time, and daily coverage; monitor workflows.
