Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Service Leader for Personal Lines in Hilton Head Island, SC. The role oversees the Personal Lines unit, mentors team members, and partners with leadership to drive service excellence and growth.

Responsibilities include performance management, hiring input, and process improvements while supporting carriers and clients with advanced coverage knowledge. A dynamic, collaborative culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License is required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• 8+ years of account management experience in insurance.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 is strongly preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for sessions.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the department and mentor staff.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s for development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participate in hiring and interviews.
• Coordinate internal resources (training, broking, risk control).
• Train team on duties, standards, and policies.
• Address performance concerns with HR and leadership.
• Review time and attendance entries.
• Assist in carrier/underwriter guidance and account maintenance.
• Support cross-sell opportunities and client retention.
• Ensure timelines and metrics are met.
• Adopt AI solutions into the service process.
