Relation Insurance Services in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Service Leader for the Small Business Unit to oversee the department, mentor staff, and coordinate with Commercial Lines leadership.

You will conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring, train team members, and drive process improvements while leveraging EPIC and AMS360 to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required; active license in domicile state.
• Designations such as CISR, CIC, or CPCU preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
• 8+ years of account management experience in personal lines.
• Experience with EPIC and AMS360 preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the department and mentors staff.
• Leads team meetings and 1:1s for development.
• Works with Team Advocates; provides feedback and information.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participates in hiring; coordinates training, broking, and risk control.
• Trains staff on duties, standards, policies; audits regularly.
• Partners with Service Team Leadership and HR to address performance.
• Provides feedback to improve service structure.
• Reviews and approves time and attendance.
• Acts as secondary contact for carriers/underwriters.
• Assists in account maintenance and resolves escalated issues.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities for client retention.
• Ensures internal timelines and metrics.
• Stays updated on industry changes; shares with department.
• Recommends process improvements; adopts AI solutions.
• Performs other projects and tasks as assigned.
