Trellis is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent in a fully remote role across the U.S. You will handle the full sales cycle via phone, text, and email, leveraging 80+ carriers to tailor coverage for clients.

We offer uncapped earnings with base pay plus commissions, contests, and bonuses. Build a scalable pipeline, meet quotas, and grow with a fast-moving, tech-enabled team.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
• Experience in a multi-carrier contact center environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-volume settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, etc.).
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email with customers.
• Access 80+ carriers to tailor best-fit policies for clients.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and raise earnings.
• Close 60+ policies per month with inbound warm leads, no cold calling.

Uncapped Earning Potential

The formula is simple: more sales = more income. Base salary plus generous commissions for every sale above your monthly floor. Exciting bonuses including contests, high-premium incentives, and elite sales clubs. Top performers consistently earn $100K+ - some break $160K.

What You’ll Do

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products

What You Bring to the Table

• At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - phone and written
• Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt

Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and recharge. We’ll work together during the interview process to find a schedule that aligns with your needs and our customers’ experience.
