Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a highly motivated Personal Lines Sales Agent for a fully remote role. You will conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients, selling Personal Lines Auto Insurance and opportunities to cross-sell other lines, with an uncapped commission structure and a competitive hourly base.

You should have 3+ years of outbound auto insurance sales experience, an active P&C license (multi-state preferred), and proficiency with EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required (multi-state preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales, with a strong focus on auto insurance.
• Proficiency in EZLynx, AgencyZoom and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, personable and adaptable.
• Remote position; candidates from California are not preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Sell Personal Lines Auto Insurance policies, with opportunities to cross-sell Home, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella insurance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets: First 3 months: 50 policies per month; After 3 months: 60 policies per month.
• Utilize sales tools such as EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce to manage leads and track performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain active Property & Casualty licenses in multiple states (preferred).
