You’ll leverage AI tools to streamline your workflow, owning the entire sales cycle from inquiry to policy. Inbound warm leads power your performance, with incentives and growth opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in phone and written form.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.

Responsibilities

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more.
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email.
• Access 80+ insurance carriers to fit policies to customers.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and boost earnings.
• Close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads.
