Trellis Technologies is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join our remote-first team. You’ll help customers nationwide find personalized coverage across 80+ carriers, managing the full sales cycle by phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
• Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication skills on phone and in writing.
• Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, etc.).
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email.
• Access 80+ carriers to tailor policies for each customer.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Close 60+ policies per month with warm inbound leads.
