Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Family Risk Leader to guide a team of Family Risk Specialists in driving profitable growth within Personal Lines. You will lead day-to-day team operations, coach performance, and align with stakeholder priorities to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in personal lines risk, leadership capability, and the ability to translate growth priorities into team execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines insurance, personal risk advisory, or personal lines production experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, team management, or coaching experience.
• Demonstrated success in consultative insurance sales, client relationship management, stakeholder management, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an assigned team of Family Risk Specialists and Senior Family Risk Specialists.
• Execute onboarding and training focused on discovery conversations, risk assessment, and package at point of sale.
• Drive profitable Personal Lines and Family Risk growth through team goals and business development activities.
• Monitor pipeline activity, conversion, quote activity, retention, and revenue quality.
• Provide guidance on coverage structure, carrier markets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to support team growth initiatives.
