Job summary

World Insurance Associates (WIA) is a growing financial services organization with a global broker network, focused on risk management and employee benefits. The Family Risk Leader will guide a team of Family Risk Specialists to drive profitable growth, lead client advisory efforts, and align internal/external stakeholders around Personal Lines initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, talent development, and disciplined execution of growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines insurance, personal risk advisory, or personal lines production experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, team management, or coaching experience.
• Proven success in consultative insurance sales, client relationship management, stakeholder management, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of personal risk management, package strategies, umbrella liability, and asset protection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an assigned team of Family Risk Specialists and Senior Family Risk Specialists.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of Family Risk Specialists.
• Execute onboarding and training focused on discovery conversations, risk assessment, coverage analysis, and consultative selling.
• Coach for technical proficiency, client engagement, risk assessment quality, and pipeline discipline.
• Communicate team expectations, accountability, and development plans aligned with FRP goals.
• Identify future leadership potential and support succession planning.
