Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Family Risk Leader to guide a team of Family Risk Specialists and Senior Family Risk Specialists. You will drive profitable growth within the Personal Lines and Family Risk Practice through client advisory, risk discovery, and strategic carrier partnerships.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and collaborate with sales, service and operations to execute growth plans. A Property & Casualty license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong client advisory and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an assigned team of Family Risk Specialists.
• Drive profitable Personal Lines and Family Risk growth through growth initiatives.
• Execute onboarding and training focused on discovery conversations and coverage analysis.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders on opportunities and pricing.
• Monitor pipeline activity, conversion, retention, and revenue quality.
• Support recruitment and development within the team.
