Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks a Family Risk Specialist to assess personal risk exposures, evaluate needs, and tailor protection strategies for individuals and families. You will manage personal lines opportunities with a focus on discovery conversations, risk assessment, and trusted advisory to deliver comprehensive protection solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, collaboration with carriers, and ongoing client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of personal lines insurance, consultative sales, risk advisory, financial services, or related client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations, assess client needs, and explain coverage options.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to organize and manage a mixed pipeline of company-generated and self-developed opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations to understand client assets, lifestyle, and insurance needs.
• Analyze client circumstances to identify coverage gaps and exposures.
• Evaluate existing insurance arrangements and advise on improvements.
• Develop and recommend integrated home/auto/umbrella coverage packages for clients.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and guide clients through the evaluation and implementation process.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
