World Insurance Associates, a leading insurance broker, seeks a Family Risk Specialist to assess personal exposure, tailor protection strategies, and manage client relationships. This role blends consultative sales with risk analysis to safeguard assets and financial well-being.

Responsibilities include discovery conversations, coverage strategy across home/auto/umbrella, and relationship-building to grow the client base within a strong advisory framework.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of personal lines insurance, consultative sales, risk advisory, financial services, or related client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations, assess client needs, and explain coverage options.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to organize and manage a mixed pipeline of company-generated and self-developed opportunities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make client-specific recommendations within established authority.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations to understand each client's assets, lifestyle, financial considerations, liability exposures, and insurance needs.
• Analyze client circumstances and risk profiles to identify coverage gaps, emerging exposures, and areas requiring additional protection.
• Evaluate existing insurance arrangements and determine whether the current program appropriately addresses the client's overall risk profile.
• Exercise independent judgment in interpreting client information and determining which risks and coverage alternatives require further evaluation.
